Hi! I’m the author that goes by the pen name Sara Amanda. 

Now, a little bit about me: although I have Asian roots, I have been living in Germany for more than a decade now. I have moved around a lot in my short life, and at some point, decided to settle down here with my husband, child, and our greyhound. When I’m not creating the next book boyfriend, I like to spend my time eating, cooking, and baking. I love food! 

I try to make my characters as realistic and relatable as possible. All of them have flaws, insecurities, hopes, and also dreams that mirror normal, everyday guys and girls. They are never perfect in the beginning of the story and they also won’t be perfect at the end of it—just like us. I’m a firm believer that a relationship doesn’t need flawless individuals for it to work; it just needs people who are willing to do what it takes and never give up on one another. 

The cities and towns that I have lived in inspire my writing. This is why when you read my books, you might realize that the characters don’t always stay in one city. I love writing stories where the heroes feel lost, only to find themselves again in the people they love and the memories they have. Home is where the heart is.
